I know the books say you should not to ... I know you Type A moms are cringing reading this ... I know I am creating a bad habit ... but, the early morning snuggle with your child is one of the most wonderful moments I cherish those occasional mornings.
If you remember in my recent post we got a CA King bed which gives us a lot extra room for Little 'Ny to lay in bed with us and watch Saturday morning cartoons. Instead of spreading out with her own pillow she prefers to curl up against me. As I doze off feeling her body heat I imagine her as a pre-teen and I wish for time to stand still.
There is nothing better than snuggling up with your child. It may not be a good habit, but it these moments won't last very long.
