week 7 weigh in: getting back on track

This past week has been a challenge because Little 'Ny has been ill with the stomach flu which has kept me home and off my diet. I felt ill too and didn't eat much, but I didn't get to go to yoga.

I thought for sure I had gained back the weight I had lost. Yesterday I had to put on my bathing suit (ugh), but my mother-in-law asked if I had lost weight (woo hoo). That gave me some hope. Today I weighed myself and I actually lost another pound!

Hopefully Little 'Ny is over the stomach flu and stays healthy for a while so I can get back to my diet and yoga classes.

    My husband is going low cal and exercising regularly - he's lost 15 lbs in just 3 weeks. I'm so jealous.

  3. It can be gard to squeeze regular exercise in. It does seem to be the one which drops off the scedule when it it gets too busy.
