what a difference a year makes

We took Little 'Ny to the "North Pole" (a.k.a. North County Fair Mall) to get her photo taken with Santa today. She has seen Santa a couple of times this year, but has only wanted to say "hi" from a distance. And, considering last year's photo we were expecting more hilarious vs. cute.

But, we were pleasantly surprised!

We patiently stood in the long line and preped her for her visit. When it was our turn I brought her over to Santa. She said "hi" and that she wanted a blue cupcake for Christmas. When he gave her a candy cane and she said "thank you" I figured she was comfortable ... and I was right! Check out the before and after photos ...
