week 8 weigh in: donut downfall

I did great Monday through Thurday with my diet. My down fall ... Donut Friday. Now that I have this fabulous cubicle I have no excuse to work from home. I actually enjoy working in the office. I have a nice view, a lot of privacy, no foot traffic, my own personal space. But, now I am faced to battle a major weakness of mine ... donuts. I would never voluntarily go out and buy a donut on my own, but when it is offered to me I don't have the will power to say no. What I need to do at the very least is to learn to eat only one and not feel guilty. Then maybe I can teach myself to not eat any.

I haven't lost any more weight, but thanks to yoga my figure appears to be getting more lean. I try to go 3 days a week, but last week I did miss on Tuesday due to an important work meeting. I have been feeling better about my body. My legs look leaner. My chest looks less "swollen".

This week my goals are:
- stick with my work week diet
- make it to 3 yoga classes
- only 1 donut on Friday
- eat something green at dinner

    A donut every Friday won't hurt, just everyday may not be the best idea, so you are good to go! Chin up! I wish I could go to yoga 3 times a week. Sounds lovely!


  3. Green at dinner... I've been throwing extra fine green beans in EVERYTHING lately (because I love them!)
    Good for you for finding something that works and sticking with it. As long as you feel good, that's what matters. Now about those donuts.... :)
