NaBloPoMo 30: NaBloPoMoNoMo!

What a month it has been! I honestly didn't think I was going to particpate this year since I was on vacation the first two days. But, I did some retro blogging and got caught up. Now, I can't believe it is over.

I love Maui. The vibrant colors, fragrant air, clean water, and fresh food. It allows me to just be which is what I really needed. I read a great book cover to cover (which I rarely get to do now-a-days). I spent quality time with Princess D without feeling like I need to check email. I took A LOT of photos with my awesome new camera. I let my heart open up to feel what was happening to me.

I graduated with a BA in English and originally had dreams of becoming a writer. But years of specs, project plans and HTML caused writer's block. So, this vacation was good timing actually. My writer's block disappeared with the trade winds and NaBloPoMo gave me a chance to get things out that had been bottling up.

I wrote some really good posts, some okay posts, got some new readers, and did some guest blogging. The one thing I didn't do was read other posts. I was so busy writing I forgot to do some reading! Will I be participating next year ... probably and next time I will do some reading!

So, thank you all for reading and commenting. If you are new to my little corner of the blogosphere please come back. Just because NaBloPoMo is over doesn't mean I will stop posting. I still have a lot more to write about!

  2. Good job for you doing the NaBloPo Mo!!! I tried to do it last year and quickly failed. Maybe next year. What a pretty picture - I wish I was there right now. It is cold, windy and snowing here.

  3. Wow, can't believe you did it, that's tough. The HTML will mess with ANY writer. The picture is beautiful
